Tabletop Props Kickstarter is Funded!

Tabletop Props did it! After two unsuccessful tries, their Covered Wagons Kickstarter is finally funded, meaning livestock-powered transportation devices are heading to tabletops near you soon! So, what's left in this Kickstarter?  A whole lot of upcoming stretch goals for other campsite and western themed pieces.

The Ion Age Announces Massive 15mm Terrain Expansion

The Ion Age is planning to make a huge hit into 15mm scifi wargaming terrain.  While their current hab dome line is really high quality, their new line is poised to become the most modelar terrain available in the 15mm genre.

Tabletop Props comes back to Kickstarter with a new, old project!

You gotta love someone who does it for the love of the hobby.  Someone who has an idea for a project and refuses to let it fail.  Tabletop Props comes full circle with their fourth Kickstarter being an attempted relaunch of their first two.  They have momentum, can they win the fight this time?

Plast Craft Games to produce Malifaux Terrain

So, this one came a little bit out of the blue, but is certainly not unwelcome news:  Plast Craft Games has been contracted by Wyrd Miniatures to produce terrain specifically for Malifaux.

Commission Figurine Berlin Strasse, Part I

So, a while back we pushed a lot of people to back a kickstarter from Commission Figurines, and a few months back we all got delivery. In between other work, I've managed to get the kit finished "as it comes," so time to show that off before I start fiddling with it.

The most original urban table you'll ever see- on Kickstarter!

16 tiles stacked up: a 4'x4' table is 4" tall.
Here's one I've been waiting on for a long time now.  Almost a year.  I even scrapped my own urban table build because I knew it was coming.  Why?  Because this is going to be the coolest, most original looking urban warfare table you've ever seen. Original, durable, incredibly modular, and reasonably priced.  If you play anything modern or futuristic, you really need to check out the T5 Table from FireBucket Games.

Kickwatcher: Gah! Zombies!

Right now there are a slew of games that have zombies, or some facsimile there of, in them.  So it may not seem like a huge surprise that there is a Kickstarter out there that is aiming to give us some unique zombie models.  3DForge miniatures has a kickstarter brewing that I think everyone should look at.

Dropping into Dropzone Commander

So, due in part to games I'm playtesting, in part to the amount of interest we've been getting here on the subject, and in part to B97's continued nagging that I don't beat him in enough different games, I picked up the Dropzone Commander terrain kit and a UCM blister.  Oh boy...

Dropzone Commander News: Seems there was something to look forward to...

Today HawkWargames released their latest Newsletter, number 19 to be exact.  After the quote from Hawk Simon on the forums to look forward to it, I was intrigued to see what was in it.  Well it has arrived and I agree with Simon, it was worth waiting for, so let's break this thing down.

A Bucket full of Awesome

So, I recently became aware of a company called Firebucket Games.  They produce resin bases, terrain options, and are working on production for an MDF table.  What makes that so special, you ask?  Quality... a level of quality that I've never seen out of an independent before.  Don't believe me?  Take a closer look. Step into my parlor... you might want to leave your credit card at home though.

Less then 2 days left on Tablescapes...

Secret Weapon's Tablescapes is in the final 48 hours.  And as of this writing they had less then $3,000 dollars to go to unlock the "Ruined Temple" display board.  Today they released the concept art for the display board, and I really hope they make it.

Tablescapes makes a Run for the Temple!

No, Secret Weapon is not involved in a new Indian Jones movie. (Which is a shame, because the sets would most definitely look better!)  What we have is a ruined temple, a ticking clock, and some fantastic artists renders. Come take a look before it's too late!

Tablescapes just keep "rolling" along, passes 200K

Secret Weapon's modular table Kickstarter, Tablescapes, has passed the 200k mark.  What does that mean?  Well it means that the latest themed board has been unlocked and it's the first one that is truly setting neutral.  But there is more, so read on for the details.

Kickwatcher: Laser Cut MDF Terrain

So in recent days 2CE and I have backed a number of Kickstarters.  Some of them have been about miniatures and games, and a few have been about terrain.  This Kickstarter by T.J.H. Models is in the same vein, but I have to admit when I saw the picture my first thought was:

Tablescapes has 160K in the bag

Something happened today, in case you didn't know.  Secret Weapon's Tablescapes hit the 160k mark.  Why is this important, you ask.  Well it means that they reached the next stretch goal.  They have finally unlocked the entire "urban street" theme.  To go with this great news, I have some nice pictures to show you of what they have for the theme.
